Are valid only in writing – e-mail/mail. For a binding reservation we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total price. The deposit can be made by bank transfer within 5 days.

If you should arrive after 18:00 o’clock, we kindly ask you to inform us as early as possible.
If you still want to hit the slopes before your check-in or after your check-out, a dressing room will be available on the day of your arrival or departure.

The invoice will be issued no later than one day before departure. We accept cash payment as well as bank transfer.

To avoid unnecessary costs in case of cancellation due to illness, death, loss of job, etc., we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. If you are interested, please visit www.europaeische.at.

Unless otherwise agreed, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply with modification of the cancellation policy §5 paragraph §5.5 and §5.6.

Not so seldom it comes differently than one thinks, and the booked vacation must be canceled or prematurely broken off. Whether you can not start your vacation at all or have to return earlier, the right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the following cancellation conditions apply:

booked stay from 01 November to 30 April

– Up to 60 days before arrival free of charge Cancellation

– 60 days to 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount

– 30 days to 7 days before arrival:70% of the total amount

– 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total amount

– In case of late arrival and/or early departure or no-show, the booked stay will be charged.

– To fix your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount to our account

booked stay from 01. May to 31. October

– you may cancel your booking without charge up to 21 days prior to your arrival. The already paid deposit will be refunded.

– 21 to 1 days prior arrival: a fee of 100% of the booking amount applies. 

– In case of late arrival and/or early departure or no-show, we will charge the total booking amount

– A deposit (money transfer) of 40% of the reserved stay is required at the time of booking to guarantee reservations.

We would like to save you unnecessary costs and the associated hassle. Therefore, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to ensure that your vacation is carefree. Here you will also find information in case you cannot start your trip in connection with Covid-19.

In summer you are welcome to bring your dogs on vacation. Maximum 2 dogs per reservation. Cost: € 20,- per dog per day (without food).

Please note that in winter we do NOT allow dogs in our house.
